Current StateWhat communities look like today
Floor plans, robot maps and the property's space ledger are all separate and don't match up. Visitors rely on security guards for directions, vehicles rely on the gate booth to find buildings, and robot task points are named differently from the property's own locations.
Typical market approaches
The common approach is a good-looking 3D big-screen model used only for display and not tied to operations; each robot vendor scans its own map for its own use; and phone map navigation stops working at the community gate, let alone in the basement.
After DeploymentWhat AIROBO provides
• Spatial digitization: unified coordinates, semantic maps, road networks and a directory of public-area points; buildings, lobbies, parking spaces and service points all have unified IDs.
• AR live-view navigation: residents and visitors pick a destination in the app to get a 2D or AR live-view route, along with an introduction to the community.
• Video spatial awareness: view the positions and tracks of people and vehicles within camera coverage on the spatial model.
• 3D reconstruction: generate point clouds, meshes or visual 3D models for key areas; dynamic 3D reconstruction can first be validated in a limited area.
